Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your ExamRizz Campfire account and associated personal data from this page. Requests are handled by Stream Learning Ltd in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Gets Deleted
Deletion is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. The following will be removed within 30 days of your verified request:
- Your profile, including display name, region, class year, and role
- Your authentication record, email, password hash, and linked Google account if any
- All lesson progress, mastery scores, and evidence events
- Exam practice attempts and answers
- Mock interview transcripts
- Push notification tokens
- Any user-generated content tied to your account

2. What We May Retain
After deletion, we may retain the following for the reasons stated:
- Crash reports in Sentry that are not directly tied to your account identifier. These expire on Sentry's standard 90-day rolling window.
- Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Records we are required by law to keep, for example financial or tax records if applicable. These are retained only for the legally required period.
Raw mock interview audio is not retained at any point. It is discarded after transcription. Inputs sent to OpenAI for transcription may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before they are deleted, unless longer retention is legally required.

3. How It Works
- Submit a deletion request using the form below, or email team@examrizz.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- We will reply within 5 working days to confirm we have received your request and verify it is you. We may ask you to confirm from the email address on your account.
- Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the verified request.
- You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
