1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of ExamRizz Campfire, including the mobile application, related websites, account features, AI tutoring tools, learning content, subscriptions, notifications, and support services (together, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Stream Learning Ltd ("Stream Learning", "ExamRizz", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at team@examrizz.com.

By creating an account, downloading the app, starting a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.

02

2. Eligibility and Student Use

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. You must not use the Service if you are under 13.

If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor user's use of the Service and for ensuring that these Terms are followed.

If you are a parent, guardian, teacher, tutor, or school representative using the Service on behalf of a student, you confirm that you have the authority and any required consent to do so. You are responsible for giving appropriate notices to the student and their parent or guardian where required by law or school policy.

If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information, we may suspend the account and delete the relevant data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

03

3. The Educational Nature of the Service

ExamRizz Campfire provides study tools for independent learning. Features may include A-level lessons, mastery tracking, daily study plans, admissions drills, supercurricular reading, personal statement support, mock interviews, progress records, and the Boo AI tutor or other AI-assisted coaching features.

The Service is not an exam board, school, university, admissions authority, regulated tutoring provider, legal adviser, or guarantee of any grade, offer, admission decision, scholarship, interview result, or academic outcome.

You remain responsible for your own learning choices, submissions, exam preparation, applications, and academic conduct. You should check important work with a teacher, tutor, school adviser, parent, or other trusted qualified person before relying on it.

References to universities, admissions tests, exam boards, qualifications, or third-party materials are for educational identification only. Unless we say otherwise in writing, Stream Learning Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those organisations.

04

4. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to use some or all parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at team@examrizz.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not share, sell, transfer, or lend your account to another person, and you must not use another person's account without permission.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or use that could harm students, other users, the Service, or our partners.

05

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and for genuine educational purposes.

You must not:

  • use the Service to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defame, or harm any person;
  • submit prompts, files, recordings, answers, or other content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful;
  • use the Service to cheat, plagiarise, fabricate academic work, misrepresent your authorship, or breach the rules of a school, university, exam board, test provider, or admissions process;
  • upload exam papers, copyrighted materials, personal statements, recordings, or other materials unless you have the right and permission to do so;
  • try to bypass paywalls, usage limits, rate limits, safety controls, subscription checks, or access restrictions;
  • scrape, copy, bulk download, resell, redistribute, or train another model on Service content except where we expressly allow it;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, overload, probe, scan, or attack the Service or its infrastructure except to the extent applicable law gives you a non-waivable right;
  • introduce malware, automated abuse, spam, fraudulent activity, or misleading purchase behaviour; or
  • use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of Stream Learning Ltd, other users, or any third party.

We may remove content, limit use, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable steps if we believe these rules have been breached or if action is needed to protect users, the Service, or legal compliance.

06

6. Your Content and Learning Data

You may submit or generate content through the Service, including answers, notes, messages, prompts, voice recordings, transcripts, drafts, personal statement material, interview responses, preferences, and feedback ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content, subject to any rights held by third parties.

You grant Stream Learning Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, transmit, adapt, analyse, and otherwise use your User Content only as needed to provide, secure, personalise, support, and improve the Service; comply with law; enforce these Terms; and work with service providers who help us operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is accurate, lawful, appropriate, and something you have the right to submit. Do not include highly sensitive information, confidential third-party information, or material you are not allowed to share.

If you send us comments, ideas, corrections, suggestions, or other feedback about the Service, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or payment to you. This does not transfer ownership of your underlying User Content.

07

7. AI Features and Academic Integrity

Some Service features use artificial intelligence to generate explanations, feedback, study suggestions, summaries, interview coaching, personal statement support, or other educational output ("AI Output").

AI Output may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. You must review it carefully and should not treat it as authoritative academic, admissions, legal, financial, medical, psychological, or professional advice.

AI features are intended to help you learn and practise. They are not intended to replace your own thinking, your teacher's judgement, or the rules of any assessment, examination, application, interview, or admissions process.

You must not submit AI Output as your own work where that would be dishonest, misleading, or against applicable academic rules. For personal statements and applications, you are responsible for ensuring that the final submission is truthful, authentic, and permitted by the relevant school, university, test provider, or application system.

We may apply safety filters, usage limits, human review workflows, abuse monitoring, and other controls to AI features. We may change, pause, or remove AI features where needed for quality, safety, cost control, compliance, or product improvement.

08

8. Subscriptions, Trials, Payments, and Refunds

The Service may offer free features and paid subscription tiers such as Plus and Max. The benefits, limits, prices, billing periods, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown in the app, in the relevant app store purchase flow, or in other checkout screens before purchase. Those checkout disclosures are part of these Terms.

Launch subscription plans currently include Plus monthly, Plus annual, Max monthly, and Max annual plans. Current launch reference prices are GBP 4.99 monthly or GBP 39.99 annual for Plus, and GBP 19.99 monthly or GBP 119.99 annual for Max. The price shown to you at checkout in your country, currency, platform, and offer state is the controlling price.

If a free trial is offered, the trial terms will be shown before you start it. At launch, Plus may include a 14-day free trial for eligible new users, while Max does not include a free trial unless the checkout flow expressly says otherwise. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will convert into a paid auto-renewing subscription at the price and billing period shown at checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing is handled by the platform or payment provider used for the purchase, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

You can manage or cancel an app-store subscription through the account settings provided by Apple App Store or Google Play, and we may also provide links to those management pages inside the app. Deleting the app or deleting your ExamRizz account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.

If you cancel, you will generally keep access to paid subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period, unless the app store, payment provider, or applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds are handled according to the relevant app store or payment provider refund rules, except where applicable law gives you additional rights.

We may change feature limits, tiers, pricing, free quotas, trials, and promotional offers over time. Changes will not affect your current paid billing period unless required by law, platform rules, or the terms of the offer you accepted. Some features may be subject to technical, safety, fairness, or abuse-prevention limits even on paid tiers.

09

9. App Store and Platform Terms

If you download or buy the app through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app distribution platform, that platform's terms also apply. Where platform terms govern billing, cancellation, refunds, device usage rules, or platform-specific rights, those platform terms may control for that subject.

For Apple users, the app is licensed, not sold, to you. Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's applicable usage rules and these Terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the Service. To the extent required by Apple's rules, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific terms against you.

Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any claim relating to the Service, including product liability claims, intellectual property claims, consumer protection claims, or claims that the Service fails to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. To the extent any warranty applies and is not disclaimed or limited by these Terms or applicable law, Stream Learning Ltd is responsible for that warranty, not Apple; however, Apple may refund the purchase price of the app where required by Apple's rules or applicable law.

For Google Play users, Google Play billing, subscription management, cancellation, and refund rules apply to purchases made through Google Play. You should use Google Play's subscription centre or the links provided in the app to manage or cancel those subscriptions.

10

10. Intellectual Property and Licence to Use the Service

The Service, including its app, software, design, interfaces, text, explanations, lesson structure, branding, logos, content, data models, algorithms, animations, and other materials, is owned by Stream Learning Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own educational use. This licence does not allow you to copy, resell, redistribute, publicly perform, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or build competing services from the Service or its content.

You may use ordinary screenshots, notes, and excerpts for personal study, classroom discussion, or support requests, provided you do not publish or distribute substantial Service content or use it commercially without written permission.

If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, contact team@examrizz.com with enough detail for us to review the issue.

11

11. Third-Party Services and Content

The Service may depend on third-party platforms, processors, infrastructure, libraries, app stores, authentication providers, push notification providers, payment providers, AI providers, transcription services, analytics or error-reporting tools, and external links.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, outages, pricing, decisions, or conduct, except to the extent required by law.

Some educational content may refer to third-party source materials, exam specifications, university materials, or public information. Those materials remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.

12

12. Notifications and Communications

If you enable push notifications, we may send study reminders, progress prompts, account notices, feature updates, or other Service-related messages. You can disable push notifications in your device settings or in-app controls where available.

We may send you important account, billing, safety, security, legal, or service notices by email, in-app message, push notification, or other contact method associated with your account. These transactional notices are not optional where they are needed to operate or protect the Service.

Marketing communications, if any, will be sent only where permitted by law and platform rules. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in those emails.

13

13. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

We aim to keep the Service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, region, school policy, or network.

We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, content, quotas, integrations, prompts, AI models, or parts of the Service. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that reduce paid subscription benefits during an active paid period, unless urgent changes are needed for safety, security, legal compliance, platform compliance, or service integrity.

Some features may be labelled beta, experimental, early access, preview, or similar. These features may be less reliable, may change quickly, and may be removed at any time.

14

14. Account Deletion, Suspension, and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account through the account deletion page or by contacting team@examrizz.com. Account deletion and personal data retention are handled under our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create legal or safety risk, use the Service abusively, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably need to protect the Service, other users, our partners, or our legal obligations.

Where practical and lawful, we will try to give notice or an opportunity to fix the issue. We may act immediately without notice where the issue is serious, urgent, unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, security-related, or likely to expose us or others to liability.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should continue will continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and any licences needed to handle existing records or legal obligations.

15

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided for educational support and general informational purposes. We use reasonable care and skill in providing the Service, but we do not promise that every explanation, score, hint, AI response, study plan, transcript, recommendation, or piece of content will be accurate, complete, current, suitable for your goals, accepted by any institution, or available at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, conditions, and representations that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

You are responsible for keeping independent backups of important work and for checking any important output before relying on it.

16

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

The Service is supplied for personal educational use. We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses.

We are not responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including platform outages, app-store issues, internet failures, device problems, third-party service outages, power failures, strikes, legal changes, security incidents caused by third parties, or force majeure events.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability to you for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us or through an app store for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) GBP 50.

17

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you in the app, by email, or through another appropriate channel before or when the changes take effect.

If you continue using the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any subscription you no longer want.

18

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you live outside the United Kingdom, local mandatory consumer rights may also apply.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at team@examrizz.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. This does not prevent you from using any court, regulator, app-store complaint process, chargeback right, or consumer protection process available to you under applicable law.

19

19. General Terms

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of the Service. If this happens and materially affects you, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown at checkout, form the agreement between you and Stream Learning Ltd for use of the Service.
