2. Common Questions
Managing your subscription
ExamRizz subscriptions are billed through your app store. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, manage it where you bought it:
- iPhone or iPad: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select ExamRizz.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time. In the latest version of the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. You can also use our Account Deletion page.
Your privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. To exercise any of those rights, email team@examrizz.com.
